The RED's usage becomes mandatory on June 12, 2017.                                                                                                On April 20th, 2016 the New Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EC (LVD) and Electro Magnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU (EMCD) came into force in the European Union and replaced the existing directives respectively.                                                                                                On March 1st, 2016 the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) adopted the usage of the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) Compliance Label for products being sold into the Australian Market.                                                                                                On March 1st, 2016 the New Zealand Radio Spectrum Management adopted the usage of the R-NZ Compliance Label for products being sold into the New Zealand market for standards that are not harmonized with 386 V1.4.1 for EMC of Telecommunication Network Equipment.                                                                                                On September 10, 2007 Industry Canada withdrew the Self-Marking of the Certification/Registration Number on Terminal Equipment (Notice No. SMSE-009-07) and restructured their filing fees accordingly.                                                                                                On August 7, 2007 Compliance Worldwide was designated by NIST as a CAB for HKTA (Hong Kong) Wireline Telecommunication Standards.                                                                                                On July 20, 2007 the European Union's New EMC Directive (2004/108/EC) came into force along with the publication of standards that may be used to declare compliance with the directive.                                                                                                On April 9, 2007 Compliance Worldwide was designated by NIST as a CAB for RRL (Korea) Emissions and Immunity Standards KN 22, KN 61000-4-2, KN 61000-4-3, KN 61000-4-4, KN 61000-4-5, KN 61000-4-6, KN 61000-4-8 and KN 61000-4-11.
