The above files are MS Word documents that include examples of FCC Part 68 Exhibits G, G1, G2, H & J, an agency agreement for Compliance Worldwide and manual statements for various types of interfaces. These documents are placed on your company letterhead and filed with the FCC along with your technical application.
The following label is used on products which are tested under FCC Part 68 rules. Your FCC Registration number will use the following format: AAABBB-xxxxx-YY-Z where AAA is your company code, BBB is the country in which the product is manufactured in, xxxxx is the sequential number assigned to your product, YY is the type of equipment being registered and Z is the type of dialing performed.
